Warranty:
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, iceblinkmima will apply the same conditions established by return policy law.  Please note that warranty policy doesn’t apply to all items with special features (rhinestone insertion, handmade finish, etc.) peculiar to the product aren’t included.

The item need to be returned in the condition that it was in when delivered to you, it means without any signs or writings on the packaging, unopened and unused.  The items need to be returned on a rigid box protected by appropriate packing in order to avoid any kind of damage during shipping.
