Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. An email will be sent from PayPal notifying you that your package has shipped. This email may fall into your "spam" folder so if it is not received you can find the delivery confirmation number by logging into your PayPal account and viewing the payment.
Q. How come my tracking number doesn't show any information when I track it at USPS.com?
A. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update to USPS.com.
Q. I didn’t receive my package, now what happens?
A. Although 99.9% of our packages are delivered safely and on time, shipments do get lost. If a package is delayed we do have to wait for USPS to complete their inquiry before we can ship a replacement.
Q. I live in Las Vegas, NV. Can I stop by and pick up my item?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick up.
Q. Can you ship to a different address than the one on my PayPal account?
A. Absolutely not. Under PayPal's seller protection policy we are required to ship to the address on the payment. The address must be confirmed or verified by PayPal.
