I bought 3 tops, different colours. Tops were not as described. Stated as a UK 24/26, and labelled as such. I'm an 18/20, just got it on. Seams would have split if I'd lifted my arms. They accepted my return but expected me to pay the return postage. EBay policy states that the seller is liable for return postage cost if an item is damaged or not as advertised. As far as I'm concerned, the top was not as advertised, as it was clearly not the size advertised nor the size on the label.
