Product Overview
The
Xtreamer PRO is a Multimedia Streamer and Media Player that
incorporates a capable multimedia machine into a very small
ultra-portable device which allows you to play your media files from a
connected hard drive or flash drive or to stream media content to it
over your home network.
The Xtreamer Pro player is based on the
same successful platform of the smaller model. Like the original
Xtreamer it allows you to stream HD (MKV H.264) movies or user-generated
videos, listen to
high-quality digital music and show high-resolution slideshows of your
photos on your TV. Unlike the original Xtreamer, this model is equipped
with two internal 3.5 SATA bays which allows you to add up to 4 TB of storage. It also features twice the memory of the original Xtreamer and adds an ultra fast dedicated eSATA controller and port.

Antenna may be removed from original packaging and inserted into the

Information, Warranty & Returns

these terms Prior to purchase!)
Shipping Policy
As per Paypal's Policy, items can only be shipped to the address
you have on file with Paypal, at time of purchase. If you need an item
sent to another address, you must first add the new address to your
Paypal profile before purchase.
It doesn't matter if the address is confirmed or not. But the address
must be on your Paypal account at the time of purchase.
For all listings where you select
the "Free Shipping" option, we reserve the right to ship large orders
with multiple quantities, or items purchased from several listings via
Fedex Ground, even if the separate items list "Priority Shipping" as the
shipping method.
For intentional orders over $250, we reserve the
right to require you to pay for a guaranteed shipping service via either
Fedex, DHL or Global Express Guaranteed. If your order total is over $250,
please contact us to find out what the shipping charge for your order
will be.
We
do not edit or change shipping addresses. We ship to the addresses
exactly as you have it on file. Please bear in mind that if your
address is incorrect or incomplete that shipping fees are
non-refundable, and you will be required to pay again if reshipment is
necessary.
Also, if a package is refused or returned to us, then
actual shipping costs, (even if the listing had "free
shipping") and eBay fees, will be deducted from the
refund .
Shipping
fees do not included Customs Duties & Fees
Import duties, taxes (VAT etc), and
other charges (like local handling fees) are not included in the item
price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what
these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We will do everything we reasonable
can, when filling out the paperwork to assist you in smooth processing
through customs. But we have no control over the overall time of
delivery in your country or if duty or fees(handling fees etc.) are
accessed.
Domestic Shipping Time & Tracking
Information
All shipments are sent out at least by the next business day
after purchase (many the same day) and with tracking numbers. The USPS
tracking system sometimes does
not update for several days even after the package has been sent!
(Typically, the USPS tracking gives a message saying "The U.S Postal Service was electronically
notified by the shipper on [Date] to expect your package for mailing." This
does not mean that your order has not shipped! This just means that
USPS has not scanned your package into their system and that
their tracking system is not very good!
You should
receive an automated email from Paypal with a tracking number (delivery
of this email is sometimes delayed until long after the item has
shipped). If you do not receive this email within a couple days of
purchase please check your eBay account next to the item purchased and
the tracking number will be displayed there. It is your duty to track
and claim your shipment. If unclaimed / undeliverable packages are
returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-shipment. Please
check your address on file with Paypal and make sure it is complete (not
missing Apt #'s etc)!
International Shipping Time &
Tracking Information
USPS Priority International and USPS
Express International ARE NOT SERVICES WITH GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIMES!
The estimated delivery time stated on eBay to your country is based on
USPS advertised "estimates." But from experience, we can tell you that
many times these estimates are sometimes way off! USPS does offer one
International Service with Guaranteed Delivery Times: it is called
"Global Express Guaranteed" and it uses Fedex as the carrier. While we
do not offer this USPS service, we do offer direct shipping with DHL and
Fedex Express which we highly recommend, based on how slow USPS can be
sometimes for International shipments and how bad the USPS tracking
system is for International Shipments!
Shipments to some countries (e.g. Russia and
Brazil) can take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered via USPS!
(Small packages shipped via "First Class" are usually faster). This
time is not due to a delay on our part: We ship ALL orders within 1
business day after you purchase. Here is a break down of what you can expect for an
International shipment with USPS: After we mail the package it can take up to 1 week for the package to
arrive and be processed at the USPS International dispatch Facility.
After that, it can take up to
1-2 weeks (depending on if it's Express or Priory) to arrive in the
destination country. (This is where the advertised times for Priority
and Express come in: these times are transit
times and do not include time for processing (customs etc).
Once the package arrives in your country, it can take up to 1 week or
more to be processed through customs (Brazil for e.g has long processing
delays),and then up to another 1-2 weeks to be delivered by your local
postal service. These are of course worse
case scenarios. We have had packages delivered to some
International Destinations (Canada,Spain, UK) in 6-8 Days. And we have
had packages to Russia that have taken 7-8 weeks.
International
Shipments sometimes have no tracking updates. The
tracking information may simply state: "Your item left the United States form [place] . . . at [Time]
on [Date] . . ." This is the last tracking update available for
some USPS International shipments. The reason the tracking information
never updates beyond this, is that many times, the Postal Service in
your country does not transmit tracking information back to USPS, or
they use a different tracking system entirely.
By choosing either USPS Priority
or USPS Express Mail International you acknowledge that you have read
these terms, and that you ACCEPT THAT USPS INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
(Priority & Express) DOES NOT COME WITH:1. A GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY
TIME and 2. A GUARANTEE OF TRACKING INFORMATION THROUGHOUT THE SHIPPING
PROCESS!

Over the course of our business, we have encountered
various forms of dishonest buyers. If for any reason, we are not
comfortable selling to you, we reserve the right to cancel your order
and issue you a refund. This includes buyers with private feedback,
buyers with unreasonable demands, buyers with too many negative feedback
left for others etc. Warranty &
Returns
We are the Official USA Xtreamer
Direct Source. The units carry a full 12 month manufacturer's
warranty. For the first 60 days of the warranty (60 days from date of
purchase) there will be a "no fee" exchange. What this means is, if you
receive a defective or dead on arrival unit, you can ship it back
directly to us in the US (at your cost) and a replacement unit will be
shipped to you (at our cost). (US Customers Only: Non USA Customers will
be required to cover all shipping costs associated with Warranty
Exchange / Service). The replacement unit you receive will be a
Manufacturer repaired/refurbished unit (open box--not sealed).
For the remaining 10 months of the
warranty,in addition to paying to ship the unit back to us, you will be
required to pay a $25 USD service fee per unit/per incident. We will
not accept returns for units that are not defective.("Defective" refers
to hardware defects or flaws. Please research and ask questions about
software features prior to purchase!). Returns of non-defective units
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee covers the fees
of the original sale and the loss that will be incurred to resell the
returned unit as "used/open box" If a unit is shipped back to us and it
is deemed that is not defective (or missing parts) it will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee. The serial number of each unit is recorded
before being shipped out. If a unit is shipped back to us and the serial
number does not match the one you received from us, it will be shipped
back to you at your expense.
Price
Adjustments
Prices and Promotions (free shipping
etc) are changed on listings from time-to-time. If the price goes lower
and your order has not yet shipped, then you are welcome to cancel the
first transaction and make a new purchase. But once the order ships,
there will be no prices adjustments--No Exceptions!
