DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship via (1) USPS First Class Mail, and (2) USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope depending on weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: we use ONLY USPS-EMS Priority Intl' Mail FLAT RATE Envelope. This shipping is low cost to save our customers money and is faster than Parcel Post. Tracking Number however is only updated while in the USA then one final tracking update upon delivery in the foreign country. So tracking is spotty to save money. Some deliveries can be held by CUSTOMS, we have no control over your country's Customs Agents. We only have the same Tracking Number, nothing more to check where your item is in delivery transit. Please find the Tracking Number in your My Ebay in items Purchased or Won file. Therefore we ask that you be patient. If not delivered by the 35 day we will refund our customer the full amount they paid but not before that amount of time due to holding times by various CUSTOMS is unknown. Be leery of Ebay Sellers who offer 60 day warranties and take these items back... that means they have an ever growing supply of USED RETURNS they have to get rid of somehow, is that what you are buying from them: USED... but they tell you it is NEW?

Ask yourself, do you really think that such a SELLER simply throws his RETURNS into the trash?

Not one of the Chinese Mfgr's that makes and supplies these items will take them back for an Ebay Seller. Besides it costs more to send a return back to China than the item is worth anyway, so USED RETURNS accumulate.

We've been doing this for nearly twelve years and we know the Mfgrs of these items very well, In fact we know the Mfgr who supplies the 60 day warranty seller as we get product from that very same MFGR as well. We DO offer warranties on our other products just NOT on items worn on genitalia.

We don't take back returns on this particular item so we have NO USED parts or USED full boxes available to ship out to a customer for this exact reason.

Once this type item is worn on a penis it should never be worn by another person, as that is unhealthy and unsafe.
