Packaging/Shipping (United States)
All items are securely packaged with professional packaging materials and shipped either FedEx Ground for domestic shipments or USPS Priority/Express Mail International for international shipments. All items are shipped with full value insurance coverage. Items usually ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. Amplifiers and guitars are sealed in plastic, packed with styrofoam padding and packed in heavy duty double wall cardboard boxes. Shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Some items ship with 'Direct Signature' required, in order to prevent lost or stolen packages. Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes from 1-10 days depending on the location, although 5 days is usually the average. Local pickup is available for all items, please contact us to arrange pickup, see contact info below.
International Shipping
Our international customers make up a large part of our business and are very important to us. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find the gear you need and we do our best to get you that gear and at a reasonable price for both the item and the shipping cost. Please see shipping rates below. If your country is not in the regions listed below please contact us and we will provide a shipping quote. Please read and agree to the shipping terms below before bidding:
- Buyer is responsible for ALL import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the item.
- We will not list a lower item value in order to reduce taxes/duty fees
- When submitting payment please include a current phone number to avoid any shipping delays. The shipping carrier may need to contact you to arrange for delivery of your package.

- USPS Priority Mail International does not have guaranteed package delivery and does not include shipment tracking; only delivery confirmation. Buyer assumes responsibility for any lost shipments.
- USPS Express Mail International includes guaranteed delivery and tracking and we believe is well worth the extra cost.

Payment
Payment is expected within 48 hours of the end of the listing. Per eBay policy, if after 4 days payment is not received, an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' will be filed with eBay and the transaction will be terminated. Paypal is our preferred payment method. Items do not ship until payment is received in full, no exceptions.
7 Day Return Policy/Terms of Sale
Our highest priority is that you be happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase and we will make the situation right. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within the first 7 days you may return your item and receive a full refund minus a 10% re-stocking fee and the original shipping cost. Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, contents, and documentation. Buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.
