Due to the nature of our items, we don't accept returns of items that doesn't fit, please measure yourselves first and feel free to ask us questions if unsure , before committing to buy.

Most of our Items, especially the lingerie and sexy costumes are Free Size, I suggest to have it altered in case an item is too loose for you, because we have no other sizes available unless stated.

In case you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us right away and we will arrange a return process for you. I'll ship your original order and refund your return shipping expense. Items must be returned in original packaging, brand new with tags/ box and original packaging even if damaged.

We will refuse items that are deliberately damaged and items that are not in proper packaging or deformed bras. All items that are intentionally damaged and worn will be refused and will be returned to you. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will have to add shipping fee for refused items to be returned otherwise it will sit in our stock room. Damaged items will be eligible for exchange of the same item and not for full refund. Damaged items must be returned within 3 DAYS only
