All merchandises will be sent directly from our logistics center in China

Freight discount for the delivery of several items:

Ø  The items will be sent only to the address indicated in Paypal.

Ø  Two delivery modes for your choice:  Airmail registered & EMS/DHL.

Ø  Rates above are provided for your reference. In certain particular conditions, (such as: the items are large volumes; your address is classified as remote region by the logistics companies; your country or region is not in the above tables), you will be informed by e-mail or message for a discussion of freight and about the change of delivery modes. Please respect and follow our expedition conditions.

Ø  Your item will be sent in 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

Ø  We would like to remind you that, the longer delivery time is normally needed for the international delivery than the national one. We appreciate a lot that you understand that after our delivery partners taking away your items, the delivery time varies according to different elements, such as the delay for custom operations, post treatment, holidays, or climate changes of destination country. The delivery delay will be probably extended of 5-7 business days in the unpredictable cases. Thank you for your patience and your comprehension

Ø  If your package is registered as received, but you did not get it yourself, before leave your feedback or ask the refund, please contact your post office or ask your family members, your neighbors to see if they have received the package in your name.   

Ø  Please think about saving the freight. To purchase several items, please ask us to group your purchases for discount of freight before the payment is concluded.

Purchasing Conditions

Ø  Paypal is our recommended payment mode.

Ø  For particular cases, we accept also other payment modes, thank you for contacting us by e-mail in advance.

Ø  If your address is not in the above table, please contact us before the payment.

Ø   In order to receive your item as soon as possible, please finish the payment in 7 days after order. We reserve your purchasese for 7 days.

Ø   Please contact us if you could not pay during 7 days.  

Ø   If you can not pay in 7 days, the litigation for the item without payment will be launched in the Solution Center of eBay.

After-Sales Service

Ø  If you are not satisfied with the items, please do not hesitate to tell us, you can resend it to us in 7 days after the receipt of package,  the item should be returned in the perfect state, in original package , and we can refund the price of the item after deduct the freight fees or exchange another one.

Ø  It’s possible that the client gives up his purchase in 7 days after receipt of package, the expedition and reexpedition dates indicated in the post stamps are served as authentication. To be able to profit of «  Returns and Refund », the client is requested to offer us the pictures of damaged items or your local post office’s report for the lost of your merchandise. 

Ø   The item should be returned in the perfect situation, that means, the original package should be closed and sealed, without colliding trace, nor dysfunction. The client is requested to return the totality of package ( the merchandise and all accessories).

Ø  If you are not satisfied with our merchandises, before leaving your negative/neutral feedback, We would like to ask you to contact us at first. It happens sometimes that the merchandises are lost or arrive late. We are always at your service for all your questions relative to your purchases or to the delivery.
