Ordered on the 16th, ETA was the 24th. Told seller on the 28th that item was not here and that the Royal Mail Tracking said "We don't recognise that number", meaning Royal Mail lost the item. Seller refunded the cost, didn't even ask me if I wanted a replacement. Seller has even BLOCKED ME! so I can't even order a new one.
