Our Policy

DOMESTIC POSTAGE

·         We offer First Class, Second Class and Express (next working day) services if ordered before 12 noon on a working day.  Please see the Postage Tab for prices.

·         Postage for all additional items placed in the same order is free.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE FOR FRAGRANCES

·         We ship fragrances and cosmetics to all EU destinations apart from Germany.

·         For non-EU European customers from Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Bosnia-Herzegovina or Croatia who wish to buy a large quantity of fragrances (over £100 value), please contact us for a shipping quote.

·         All fragrances are shipped by courier, due to their flammable nature. This is reflected in our postage prices.

·         For fragrances our international shipping charge is 'flat rate', so postage is free for each additional item ordered together.

WORLDWIDE POSTAGE

·         We ship all other non-perfume items worldwide, excluding Brazil and Africa.

·         We combine postage costs for orders which contain more than one item.  Generally this is £0.50 postage per additional item.  If this is not automatically calculated at checkout, please request a revised invoice from us so we can apply the discount. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

·         Please be aware that for international deliveries you may be required to pay additional duties such as import duties, VAT or customs charges, depending on your country. We are not responsible for any such additional charges that may be imposed because of this.

PAYMENT

·         We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards via PayPal Services.

RETURNS

·         If you change your mind, don't worry, you have 14 days to return the product to us in its original condition and packaging before we will issue you an immediate refund of the original P&P and price paid. Please contact us before returning your item. Please note you will be responsible for return P&P.

·         We pride ourselves on the quality and authenticity of our products.  In the unlikely event you find the item to be faulty or not as described please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help rectify the problem.
