They send them to a different department to be completely refurbished by a professional. That's probably why I have rarely seen my guitars with flaws. Any flaw that might exist is completely rectified before I get it.. Since the guitar had to go through this process, it can never be known as "new". That is an order from the manufacture. Sometimes they stamp the back of the headstock very very lightly with an "S" or the word "used" I actually love these guitars because they always play great and they usually look perfect. It's almost as if it is better to have them looked at a second time by the manufacture then when they come off the line as new. I've sold many of these guitars over many years with almost always 100% customer satisfaction. Thank You””
