Items are sent 2^nd class (unless classified). If you would like your item to be sent out 1^st please select 1st class for a small additional fee.

The reason for which we send 2^nd class as standard is so we can can offer our products at great value.

If your item has not been delivered in the specified time it is usually down to the post office. We ask you give 15 days from the day of purchase as this is when Royal Mail would class your purchase as LOST.
