Comes with retail box, 1 DVI to VGA adapter, manual, driver disk, 2 nostalgic case stickers, and Thermalright T-Rad2 GTX cooler. The stock coolers are horrible on these cards with idle temps in the high 50 to low 60 range. Someone local was going to buy the gpu so I removed the T-Rad2 and put the stock cooler back on with Gelid GC Extreme. There are enough heatsinks for the T-rad that still have thermal sticky pads to reinstall the aftermarket cooler. This cooler will work on several different AMD and Nvidia cards and all heatsinks are there just not enough thermal sticky pads. The I/O bracket was painted in wrinkle black and has some chipping at the base where it inserts into a case as can be seen in one of the photos.”
