{PAYMENTS}

• BPI savings and Gcash only.
• Gcash: add'l P10 or 1% whichever is higher for gcash transaction fee.

{SHIPPIING}

• Ships via JRS
  
• Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer
• Once payment made, package will be shipped the following day.
• ODA [Outside delivery area] will be shouldered by the buyer
• Pls provide contact number to put on your waybill.
• We use ebay registered address to ship package.
• Tracking number will be given after shipment
• We can combine shipping; however for bulky items we sell weighs more than 1 kilo, therefore, it is more cheaper to ship it individually because combined bulky and heavy items can cost more than individually shipped package.

{FOR LOST and DAMAGED PACKAGES}

• So far, we haven't experience this yet.. Knock-on-wood..!!
• But if this do happen to you, pls. inform us.
• Freight insurance is a must, recommended and advisable for fragile items but optional.

{FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS}

• Due to natural causes in certain cities, they are avoidable, pls. give reasonable time for your package to arrive.
• Courier staff may sometimes make a mistake (human error) and accidentally ships package to another destination or deliver to a wrong address. Pls do contact us if package has been delayed for the allotted shipment time.

{WEEKENDS and HOLIDAY}

• Gcash users and Online Payments: Pls. give us time to ship your package when payment made during these days as courier companies are closed at this time.

{RETURN AND EXCHANGE}

• We make sure all buyers are happy with all the transactions.  If there is any problem, pls. do not hesitate to contact us.
• We do not accept returns and exchange of items. We check each item we sell meticulously.
