delays in delivery that are unavoidable like storms, flood, wrong address,
orders after the cut-off time nor if the cause of the delays are courier's
negligence, loss or damage of goods occurred in transit. Seller’s
responsibility ends at the time when goods are delivered to the courier,
against whom the Buyer will have to take all appropriate actions for
reimbursement of any damage occurred during transport. (Please add 1% of the total price if

recipient's address is really remote like in the mountains or secluded
parts of a province, Seller will contact the buyer and inform him of the
nearest Courier's office where they can claim their orders.
