Seller takes long to respond, sadly i have been stuck for 1 week with bad coillover on my car i purchased these and put them the same day they arrived home. I noticed the item had a bit of scuffs and hiccups on the item. I didn’t really mind of it as i felt maybe the mail delivery was responsible for it. As soon as the coillovers were installed they immediately started cracking and making a bad sound when hitting dips and ramps and turning. Seller ignores my interest in a refund
