Warranty and Conditions

• Refunds will only be given if item is DOA or defective on arrival and cannot be replaced. Item must be reported within 3 days and return to us within 7 days from the delivery/meet up date for exchange if item found DOA. Buyers are solely responsible on returned shipping cost. Refund will only be made when the return arrived.

 • Offer guarantee only applicable on items that are received defective due to shipping, meet up transaction or product failure. Our guarantee does not cover Non-Compatibility or Misunderstood Ads. We do reserve the right to determine if your order will be exchanged or refunded.

 • Return and Replacement is allowed after we confirm that the item is with quality problem is and verified that is our product. We will also refund the corresponding expense of Buyer including the shipping fee of sending the item back, but Buyer should pay for the shipping fee in returning at first.

 • In such case the returning item is without the quality problem after checking or it is not our product, we refuse to return or replace product and not refund.
