DELAYED ITEMS

Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail and are estimated to be delivered within 3 To 4 working days; however we have noticed that on some occasions, a delivery has been attempted while no- one is at home. The parcel is then taken to a local Royal Mail Depot without being delivered and more often than not a calling card is not left at the delivery address to notify you either

we will not be able to replace or refund an item not received until 15 working days have past. This is a royal mail rule not ours, as they do not consider an item lost until this time
